Oddscouter

Sports betting analytics for the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL

Every sportsbook price, measured against the fair line.

Oddscouter removes the margin from sharp markets to estimate fair odds, grades every book's price against them, and flags the books that are slow to follow a line move.

Fair odds and expected value

Know what a bet is worth before you place it.

Both sides of a sharp market are de-vigged into a fair probability, and every other book's price is graded against it. Open any bet to see each book, the full two-sided market and how the line has moved.

  • EV and Kelly stake for every price
  • Line-movement chart for the sharp, best price and fair line
  • Filter by league, market, period, odds and minimum EV
An expanded bet: every book's price and EV, and its line movement

Stale lines

Catch the books that haven't moved yet.

When the sharp market moves a line, say a prop from 3.5 to 4.5, some books keep the old number at the old price. Stale lines lists them as it happens, graded against the sharp's last fair price for that line.

  • Old line, new line and how long ago it moved
  • Only books that haven't repriced since
  • The same filters and bet details as the odds board
The Stale lines tab: books still offering a line the sharp book moved off

Tracking and variance

Measure your process, not just your results.

Star a bet to lock in your price. When the game starts, the closing fair line is recorded, so your P&L sits next to the closing-line value you earned. Variance simulations show how much of a streak is luck.

  • Profit, ROI and CLV by sport, market and book
  • Parlay builder priced leg by leg
  • Monte Carlo simulations of your own bet mix

How it works

  1. We collect the prices

Published odds from major US sportsbooks and sharp markets, matched bet for bet, continuously while markets are open.

  2. We find the fair line

Each sharp market's margin is removed to estimate the true probability of every outcome, and every book's price is measured against it.

  3. You decide

Filter, sort and drill into any bet. Oddscouter never places bets or tells you what to bet.

Start with the fair line.
