Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 13, 2026

Oddscouter Pro: 7-day free trial, then $29 per month. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. No partial-month refunds.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription online at any time: go to Account, choose Manage billing, then Cancel subscription. You don't need to contact us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then you keep full access to everything you paid for, and you won't be charged again. For example, if your monthly period renews on the 15th and you cancel on the 3rd, you keep access until the 15th.

Free trials

If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged at all. If you don't cancel, your paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partial months or unused time. Canceling stops future charges; it doesn't refund the current period.

Exceptions:

• If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you canceled), we'll refund it.
• If we end your subscription without cause, we'll refund the unused part of the current period.
• Where the law requires a refund, we'll provide one.

To ask about a charge, email 2zacharyjones2@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve it faster.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry it over the following days and email you so you can update your card. Paid features may pause if payment can't be collected, and the subscription is canceled if every retry fails.
